IAF Canada Announces its New Loan Management Team
Immigrant Access Fund Canada (IAF) is excited to announce the formation of its Loan Management team as of May 23, 2017. This team is dedicated to managing and overseeing all of IAF’s loans to ensure IAF is delivering timely and high-quality client service, and that Loan Recipients are well supported as they complete their licensing/training plans and repay their loans. The creation of this team reflects IAF’s ongoing commitment to program improvement.
What does this mean for IAF Loan Recipients?
If you currently have an IAF loan, or once you are approved for a loan, members of the Loan Management Team are ready to:
• Request advances on your loan
• Answer questions about your loan payments
• Update your learning plan
• Update if you’re working and what you’re earning
• Change your bank account information and contact information
• Provide you with documents or information you may need about your loan
IAF’s Intake Team will continue to work with people wishing to apply for a loan, and our team of Loan Facilitators will still review and assess applications. The Loan Management Team becomes the main IAF contact once loans have been approved and documents signed.
